Site Compliance Watch
- Dubai: DDA Circular 686 (effective 19 Oct 2026). Consultants and contractors are now jointly and independently responsible for closing compliance observations on the DDA Zoning Portal. For site teams: both must log in and respond in time. If either misses it, the matter counts as non-compliant. → DDA circular
- Abu Dhabi: UPPC Circular No. 9 of 2026 (issued 14 Oct 2026). Contractors must document works during execution and record site conditions before each major phase. At phase close, consultant and contractor co-sign a dated technical report. For site teams: keep dated photos and records as you go. → WAM
